All those visiting the farm house must read the terms and conditions. Which has to be followed compulsorily.
ફાર્મ હાઉસમાં જનાર તમામ લોકોએ નિયમો અને શરતો વાંચીને જવું. જેનું પાલન ફરજીયાત પણે કરવાનું રહેશે.
It is mandatory for the person going to the farm to give a safety deposit.
After reaching the farm house, all the responsibility of the person going to the farm house will be his own.
In case of any kind of loss in the farm house, the person going to the farm will be responsible and the loss will be compensated from the safety deposit given to him.
Once the farm house is booked, it will not be canceled and if it is done, the advance deposit will not be refunded.
It is mandatory for the person booking the farm house to provide an identity card for his identification. Like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID etc.
The swimming pool will be filled only once.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for persons under 18 years of age.

ફાર્મહાઉસમાં જનાર વ્યક્તિએ સેફ્ટી ડિપોઝીટ આપવી ફરજિયાત છે.
ફાર્મ હાઉસ પહોંચ્યા બાદ ફાર્મ હાઉસમાં જનાર વ્યક્તિની તમામ જવાબદારી તેની પોતાની રહેશે.
ફાર્મ હાઉસમાં કોઈ પણ પ્રકારનું નુકશાન થાય તો ફાર્મ હાઉસમાં જનાર વ્યક્તિ જવાબદાર રહેશે અને તેને આપવામાં આવેલી સેફ્ટી ડિપોઝીટમાંથી નુકસાનની ભરપાઈ કરવામાં આવશે.
એકવાર ફાર્મ હાઉસ બુક થઈ ગયા પછી, તે રદ કરવામાં આવશે નહીં અને જો તે રદ કરવામાં આવશે, તો એડવાન્સ ડિપોઝિટ પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
ફાર્મ હાઉસ બુક કરાવનાર વ્યક્તિએ તેની ઓળખ માટે ઓળખ કાર્ડ આપવું ફરજિયાત છે. જેમ કે આધાર કાર્ડ, પાન કાર્ડ, વોટર આઈડી વગેરે.
સ્વીમીંગ પુલ માત્ર એકજ વાર ભરવામાં આવશે.
મહેરબાની કરીને નોંધ કરો કે અમે 18 વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના વ્યક્તિઓ માટે જવાબદારી લેતા નથી.
